Our first and foremost priority is safety. The safety of our employees, customers and ensuring a safe working environment is very important to us. We are committed to safety training and safe work practices.

All of our employees hold at least a 10-hour OSHA certification and all foreman hold a 30-hour certification. 

Our employees receive training at time of hire and annually of the Synergy safety plan- under the direction of Safety Alliance LLC. 

Under the Synergy safety plan, employees are expected to fully understand why the plan was developed and how is affects employees. Employees are trained in how to report an injury or illness. Supervisors are also trained on investigation techniques and their duties under the program.

All our employees obtain TWIC cards. TWIC is required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act for workers who need access to secure areas of the nation's maritime facilities and vessels. TSA conducts a security threat assessment (background check) to determine a person's eligibility and issues the credential.
